After you have logged on to a SharePoint site, you might want to switch to a different user. You do this by clicking on the [your name] link at the top of the page to open a drop-down menu. Then select Sign In as a Different User from the options (see Figure 1). You are then prompted for your user name and password, as if you have not logged on to SharePoint before.
If you change your mind and
you want to again log on with the user name and password that you used
to log on to your machine, you can either type in the user name and
password or close the browser and open the site again.
